Out of Sight first formed in 1965, when we were in junior high school. We practiced a lot and during the last couple of years together we played all over central and western Montana. The band stayed together for five years until we graduated from high school and went our own separate ways.
We reformed in 1998 to play for our 30-year high school reunion, and have gotten together almost every year since then for a week or so of practice. At the end of the week we play small gigs for our friends. In the last 20 years we’ve played in Rock Creek, Missoula, Kalispell, and Flathead Lake Montana, as well as Sun Valley, Idaho.
A documentary of the band’s journey can be viewed by clicking on this link or on Rockumentary at the top of this page.
